Zaher was co-founded in 2016 by two Danish students in Lebanon in conversation with Lebanese activists.

Zaher is fortunate to have many committed and skilled volunteers from both Denmark, Lebanon and other countries, always pushing the project forward, bringing new ideas and ensuring the ongoing development of our organization.

Donér i dag

To make the gardens flourish, we need your support. Gardening doesn’t cost a lot – which is why your donation, regardless of the amount, can be a turning point for the creation of more learning gardens. Any donation makes a huge difference for our ability to let more gardens bloom in Lebanon. Zaher is a small organization, running 100% non-profit in Denmark due to volunteering efforts only. Thus, all donations will go directly to the learning garden projects.
